The Caldwell Board of REALTORS® is a REALTOR® trade association committed to providing valuable products, services and programs to its members as well as the community.
CBOR provides a wide array of resources, materials and opportunities to the local real estate industry. This includes local housing market statistics, home ownership education, member training programs, events, and examining local government issues pertaining to real estate.
Owning a home or property is purchasing stock in the community. Homeowners have a vested interest. The concept of individual property rights is critical to the American way of life. The Caldwell Board of REALTORS® along with both the Idaho Association of REALTORS® and the National Board of REALTORS® support and promote this concept.
