The Caldwell Board of REALTORS® is a professional nonprofit trade organization. We are committed to promoting and maintaining high standards of conduct in the real estate profession.
Our REALTOR® members are also members of the Idaho Association of Realtors (IAR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and have agreed to act under and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.

CBOR provides up-to-date statistics on the local housing market to help our members make informed decisions for their clients. Our data includes information on home sales, prices, and trends.
Home Ownership Education
Owning a home or property is purchasing stock in the community. Homeowners have a vested interest. The concept of individual property rights is critical to the American way of life. The Caldwell Board of REALTORS® along with both the Idaho Association of REALTORS® and the National Board of REALTORS® support and promote this concept.
Examining Local Government Issues Pertaining to Real Estate
CBOR is actively involved in monitoring and advocating for policies that affect the real estate industry at the local government level. We keep our members informed on issues such as zoning, land use, and property taxes.
