Ethics Complaint & Arbitration Request

If you have an ethical concern, you can file a complaint by following the instructions outlined. It is imperative to note that all ethics complaints must be filed within 180 days of the date when the facts constituting the matter complained of could have been known in the exercise of reasonable diligence or within 180 days after the conclusion of the transaction, whichever is later.

Real estate agents who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® are bound to follow the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
