LeAnn Stephens

Hello! My name is Le Ann Stephens, and I am running for Caldwell Board of Realtors President Elect. For those of you that don't know me, allow me to introduce myself! Born and raised in Idaho, I currently live, work, and play in Caldwell with my husband, 2 dogs, horses, and mules. After being a part of CBOR for two and a half years as a Local Director, I love what the board brings to the community and our agents, and I want to continue to serve in the role of President.

My goal as President of CBOR will be GROWTH! I want to grow the board, our agents, and our impact on local communities. I believe we can achieve this through showcasing the value we bring to our agents and affiliates; we can grow our agents through educational and networking opportunities; we can grow our communities by increasing our impact at a local and state level, advocating for our property rights, affordable housing, and giving back to those in need.

Should I be elected, I look forward to serving and continuing the mission, vision and values of the Caldwell Board of Realtors.

As a graduate from the University of Southern California (USC), I received my Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Information Management Systems, Marketing and Real Estate Development, and as a graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA), I received my Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Spanish.

Throughout professional career, I have had the privilege to work with several Fortune 500 Companies such as IBM Corporation, Evoke Software Corporation, Bank of America Corporation, Ricoh Corporation, Xerox Corporation and Hewlett Packard, Inc.

As Broker and Branch Manager at CENTURY 21 Northstar, I believe my education and professional experience will enable me to make a significant contribution with the Caldwell Board of Realtors, Real Estate Agents and Affiliates. Working towards a common goal with a group of colleagues and/or teammates builds friendships, confidence in each other and trust. --With Trust, Respect and Integrity, there are Infinite Possibilities that we can accomplish together!

I've been in real estate for approx 8yrs now. My previous career was in the automotive industry where I found the love of Customer Service. They say Real Estate is a sales job and to an extent that is true, I however believe it is more of customer service job. Much like I treat my clients I will continue to do my best on this board being determined to figured out this ever changing industry providing the best service I can.

Carl Anderson

I was born in Rhode Island to Navy parents. We moved to Montana when I was young living in Eastern Montana in Miles City and with my Dad working at the VA Hospital in Miles City and Glasgow Air Force Base . My family moved to Sacramento when I was in the 8th grade when my Dad took a position at McClellan AFB in Sacramento, California. I graduated from Highlands High School and American River Junior College. I moved to Caldwell Idaho to attend the College of Idaho, active in football and the Snake River Rugby Club, graduating with a business degree in 1978.

I worked for Intermountain Gas Company in the Treasure Valley for almost 30 years. During my employment with IGC, I was active in the Snake River Building Contractor’s Association and the Idaho Building Contractor’s Association achieving a Life Director in each Association. I was the Parade of Homes Chair for the SRVBCA for a span of almost 20 years taking over a Parade that had 10 homes to finish my last POH with 50 homes. During the course of my business career my partner and I platted and built subdivisions in rural Canyon County and Caldwell Idaho.

I am enthusiastically continuing my real estate career with Syme Real Estate helping clients in purchasing new and existing homes, development ground and farms. I am also available to help clients work to obtain entitlements and build the subdivision. I am also able to assist landowners file for water rights and reclamation permits in the development of their properties.

I am looking forward to helping CBOR reach the next level for our members.

My name is Carla J Berg. I have been in Real Estate for over 32 years and I bring with me the love of history. I am a Veteran of the Navy and have a BA in Education.

I have been your CBOR Secretary before and I am here to help your CBOR with your needs to help understand what is happening behind the curtains. As your secretary, I will be vigilant in making sure all of the information and minutes are accurate and up to date.
